  4. Take advantage of government shutdowns. If we have a shutdown at the how will it affect the border and what we carry across it physically or digitally? Keep an eye out for such fortuitous events. Don’t consider them politics or inconveniences but a forced opportunity to clean the car trunk, the phone disk, etc.
